Summary of the Wednesday session on the WSE

At the close of the Wednesday session, WIG20 increased by 0.73 percent to 2715.71 points. On the continuous trading market the share prices of 165 companies increased, 166 decreased and 44 have not changed. The shares of 9 companies were not traded.

On the continuous trading market the turnover rose by 6.9 percent amounting to 9,804,406,000 zloty.

WIG increased by 0.56 percent reaching 47396.02, mWIG40 increased by 0.27 percent reaching 2848.97 points, sWIG80 lost 0.07 percent and reached 12551.34 points, WIGdiv (index of companies who frequently pay out dividends) increased by 0.28 and reached 1002.24 points.

The highest turnover was noted in the shares of the following companies: KGHM (268.9 million PLN), PEKAO (123.9 million PLN) PKOBP (71.9 million PLN), TPSA (63.8 million PLN) and PKNORLEN (51.9 million PLN).

The highest increases in the continuous trading system were noted for the shares of the following companies: LENA (12.3 percent) EKOEXPORT (11 percent) BUDVARCEN (9.3 percent), Duda (8.1 percent) SYGNITY (7.8 percent).

The highest decreases in the continuous trading were noted for the shares of the following companies: WIKANA (8.3 percent) PETROLINV (7.8 percent), ASBIS (7.3 percent) SEKO (7.1 percent) ATMGRUPA (6.6 percent).

On the futures contract market the turnover rose by 7.7 percent amounting to 2,028,400,000 zloty.

On the bond market the turnover declined by 60.7 percent and amounted to 1,350,300 PLN.

On the single-price quotation market the share prices of 1 company increased and decreased for 3 companies. The price of 2 companies has not changed. The shares of 4 companies were not traded. Compared to the previous session the turnover increased by 98.6 percent and amounted to PLN 1,726,000.

On the NewConnect market the share prices of 61 companies increased, decreased for 66 companies and for 52 has not changed. The shares of 20 companies were not traded. Compared to the previous session the turnover decreased by 1 percent and amounted to PLN 8,010,200.
